Front turn signals not working, have running lights and ŕear turn signals. Right side indicator on instrument panel always on. Bad ground maybe, kind of lost at this point. Any thoughts on this issue?

1972 340 Demon 4speed car, no frills, no tilt column. Bought the car in ruff shape, went from this to now. Never drove it, but getting close to

There is a ground wire that goes from each bulb housing to a ring that bolts to the radiator support. Rears don't have them as they bolt to metal, but your front bulb housings bolt to your plastic grille. There should be a tab on the bulb housing for a simple female electrical connector.
