Front window felts

How do you change the front window felts on a 1971 Dodge Dart Swinger? Is there a window stopper that can be lowered so the window goes down more to give some extra clearance? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hey Steve when I did my 74 Scamp I took off the door panels and the upper door plastic moldings removed the glass, there were only 3 nuts holding the glass in and that gave me plenty of room to unscrew and screw the new ones in.

on 72 and earlier cars,take out the 3 bolts that hold the regulator to the door and push it inside the door so the glass drops down for more clearance
