Fuel Pump

Does the arm go under the cam or over? I had it off the engine for a while and I can't remember. It's a new fuel pump, so it's a bear to put in.

It goes under the ecentric, bump the engine over so the ecentric moves away from the arm and it will go in without a problem...........kim.......
