Ive got a 72 340 that appears to be stock. It has 2 fuel filters, one just before the fuel pump and one just before the carb. Both filters are the clear type and you can see the filter and fuel. After the car sits for awhile it looks like all the fuel drains back to the tank because there is no fuel in either filter. The car takes awhile to start after it has sit for awhile im guessing because it has to pump the fuel back up to the carb. The car also bogs bad when you stomp it. Is it normal for the fuel to drain back or is this the reason ive been having some problems with it.
