Is there a decent paint that is at least resistant to fuel? I have a new tank, and would like to protect it somehow, preferably with some type of spray paint.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Me too. I highly recommend the Eastwood paint. What @George Jets did looks REALLY good. I wish I had done mine like that. IF you want it to look like that, and IF you have the ability to apply paint like that, It is what I would do. If you don't want it to look that shiny, the Eastwood paint is a great option.I used eastwoods gas tank paint for the outside. The car doesn't get any severe weather but still looks good after 7 years of being summer driving.
Personally I like the galvanised look of the oem tanks.
Slip plate works great for that.Personally I like the galvanised look of the oem tanks.
It’s a spray bomb, but worked well for me.Outside. Is that a spray or brush on paint?
