[WANTED] Gas Cap for my '65 Valiant

Hey guys, someone decided that they wanted my gas cap and took it, so I need to find another one. Anyone have one they could sell me?

Look up member "damraider". He makes caps for the early cars and they fit and seal better then any othe cap you can buy.

Hey damraider, the only thing your caps need are the option of flying up and knocking the thieves cold when they try to steal them. lol :angel12:

I think that when the cars were new- day 2- if you lost your cap and went into the dealer parts dept to get a replacement- all they supplied were the bright ones-not painted-
I think that helps explains why they are few and far between

like damraider says, the cap there is specific to early A's 60-66. when we get in to the later A cars, seems like they slightly changed the caps insides every year!????

Or there's a member making adapters to add a flip top gas cap without having to do anything to the body./

Or check with SlantSixDan who had a run of OEM early A as caps made.
