Gas Leak around Filler Neck

I am working with a 1973 Dodge Dart that has developed a leak where the filler neck enters the tank. I have removed the tank several times and never changed that Grommet. Does anyone know where I can purchase the rubber grommet that goes on the gas tank where the gas tank filler neck enters the tank?

Another vote for DMT. They’re awesome! They are a manufacturer, and they make them so they work like original. Same for their sending unit gaskets, they’re actually the right thickness.

My first replacement grommet was from Classic Industries. Lasted 1 1/2 years, then cracked and started leaking. The second grommet from Year One and has been in there for 3 1/2 years. So far, so good!

Right that is the difference. Jim (DMT) uses the same material as OEM.

Exactly. And they’re made in the US.
