With the price of aftermarket gauges so high I was looking at alternatives. Has anyone successfully converted Boneyard gauges. I am not sure how the electronics versus analog gauges interact. I figure that it would be easier to make a new dash panel to accommodate them.
Just thinking about options? How about these from a Dodge pickup?

Of course I just saw that the RPM only goes to 5000 so I would want a different one, but you get the idea.

You could make it work. Keep in mind that the newer gauges usually requires a different senders or sensors. And maybe some fabrication to make the other gauge clusters work with the dash. There is alot of folks on here who have made customized dashes, and lots of them are pretty cool. Some even built one from scratch and just put in aftermarket gauges.
Unfortunate thing is the really cool looking gauges are usually the more expensive ones.
