Gear oil for A833

so, heres a dumb question but I need help so!

1)Where do I pour new oil into the transmission?

2)how much oil do I need? I bout a gallon of sae90

Drain the old out of the drain plug at bottom, fill at the drain plug about half way up the side passenger side. If that is gl5 oil I would not use it you need manual trans fluid gl4 like redline mt 90

Before you drain the fluid make sure you can get the fill plug out.

The drain plug is at the bottom of the case on the driverside. The fill plug is about halfway up the case on the passenger side. The plugs have a square head.

I filled mine with the fluid Passion Performance sells. I have been driving it all winter so far and no shifting problems. And the temperature has been down in the single digits here.

you fill until it starts to trickle out of the fill plug and yeah I think it is about a gallon. As JGC said make sure you can loosen both the fill and drain before doing it.

i think thats only in cold weather, my 68 manual list 80/90. anyway i use passon fluid in mine, shifts great! not as thick as 80/90 more like a 30W
