When I did mine, I used new. Torque to spec with RED loctite.

I've often used the old bolts,, never a problem,, and some of these vehicles I serviced for decades afterwards, so it's not like they broke and got taken somewhere else for repair..

All info helps. Sometimes I believe the old steel is better than some made today.

Long as the heads and threads are good, I always reuse the old ones.

I've reused them. If it's going in a race car I would upgrade to ARP bolts but for the normal driver good used bolts are fine IMO
