HiI'm installing a Gen II 472 Hemi in my 1970 Duster, the K member is going to be replaced with the Magna Force tubular system with their Hemi engine plate, so I shouldn't have any engine mount issues. I'm also using there master brake cylinder and power steering rack and pinion system so those components shouldn't interfere with the motor. Is there any issues I need to be aware of?
Thanks

This section of the forum is for "NEW HEMI"- Swaps (5.7, 6.1 6.4)....
not "new"ly started-(426) hemi swaps. :)

maybe the mods can move it to the appropriate spot, and you'll get some more answers.

i have never had a big block, but i do have a M-II rack in my car, with a tubular K. Any my large tube headers needed to have a custom tube made to go around the rack.

remember off the shelf headers were never made with aftermarket K's...or rack and pinion in mind. May ultimately save $ by just having a chassis shop build you headers, than dumping the big money on a large tube set, and then having to modify them.

Head over to TTI and you'll see headers made for aftermarket K members.

I admittedly have zero experience with that company, so I can't speak from first hand experience. But for a $950 set of coated headers, i'd pray the fit like a glove with zero manipulation required...and the last few threads I've seen, involving the above, thats hardly the case.
