Hello...
After i now introduced myself on this forum,is here the resto thread of my car.

Its an `67 Plymouth Barracuda Notchback with 273cui Engine.
I think when the car is ready it has an 500cui heart in it. :blob:
At first i stripped the car complete.
Now i`m clean the sheet metal complete naket.
On the underside of the car is this a :angry4: work.
The Barracuda has an rear damage, thats not so fine but i will do my best.
I will put pics from the work on this side.
Sorry for my bad english,im from germany.

The car is now by me. February 2006

In the garage.

Stripped the car.

Wow,i find good metal. :)

At saturday i will clean the left innerfender, then comes the next pics.

Looking good Mario. There's lots of work there getting that bottom clean and shiny.
You need a good rotisserie like I built for mine, then it's easy to put the car at any angle you want to work on it. :)

Wow great job. I enjoyed your pics and the progess you've made.

By the way, your english is better than some of the people on this site. Who needs to spell properly when your pictures speak perfect words!!

Great job so far. I am just wondersing how you got the car on its side. Here I would use a few friends and lots of beer.

Oldvart,
I would like to know how you built your rotessary(sp) i need one
Jeff

@Jeff

That was not a problem.
Some workers of the company who i work came after closing time in to my garage and we put the car on the side.
but they didn`t want to drink any beer. :dontknow:

I think we build in the next time also an rotisserie.
We are 4 guys in this garage and 3 cars became in the next time a frame of resto.

Great progress
Looks to be very solid.
Keep up the great work.
This is my homemade sort of rotiserie

Thanks OldVart
Yes it works very well.
It allows you raise and lower the car by your self.

Outstanding! Looks great. Keep up the good work. Looks like you have a good foundation to work with. I love to see folks across the ocean working on American iron.

Looks like your project is virtually rust free. Keep us updated with pictures as you progress. I imagine finding parts will be a challenge for you...... at least the car looks pretty much complete by looking at the pictures. Shipping charges have got to be crazy.....

I think ist not a problem to find parts.
1. the car was complete and 2. i can buy almost all parts by our german Moparshop http://www.moparshop.de/index.htm or by friends in austria.
The Austrian guy`s all drive A-Bodys and have a lot of parts.
I search an rear valance, they have it,no problem.

Hi...
Here some Pics from the fish.
Meanwhile i will build an pure drag race car.
Next month i will build the 16 point roll cage, then follow the leaf spring relocation kit for the super stock springs.

Howdy !! memike here and your doing a good job on that barracuda .
it will make a great drag car and I am enjoying your build, and it is a joy to
watch some one enjoy there self too.
