getting past ant-theft in the ECU

If I buy a 5.7 Hemi with the complete wiring harness
How do I get around the Key ant-theft problem
Can I pay to have the ECU flashed to disregard the firewalls?
industrialmachineservice.net is my bus so I know can read the wiring diagrams and modify the harness

From reading on here if i get the ECU with the motor I should also get the pedal and then send it to HOTWIRE, VIN is not necessary?
Looks like HOTWIRE is the "green light go"

B&G can reflash the computer and remove the anti theft. I think they are the only ones doing this but am unsure if hotwire has picked up on it now or is just sending it to them to be done.
5.7dart used the complete deal and incorporated the key/transponder in to the system so it doesn't even know its not in the original car.
