Getting the dart ready!

We are installing frame connectors and new trans/converterr in my 69 Swinger. I was running 8.3s to 8.5s in the car. I'm hoping to hit the 7s now. I have a stock converter in the car and now putting a 9.5in 3k stall for PTC in it. What do y'all think the car will do?

Sounds about right to me too. It may turn up any weakness in the bite or suspension. And that's a good thing.....helps toward getting you to the 7's...:smile:.

Major improvements usually do.
If you have a traction issue , it will really come out.
But it should be good for an easy couple tenths.......and possibly much more if your suspension is working.
