getting the speedometer right

how to i get the speedometer to read what im actually doing, im about 5 over at 40 10 at 50 and 15 over 60.. did i need to change something out when the new rearend went in?? im trying to get parts that i need to fix it up for how i want it this year.. put this part puzzles me!!

You'll need to change the speedo drive gear. Easy to do.

Mine was doing the same thing. Changed the seedo gear, it's right on now.
