Glass hood and light seats worth it?

My 72 Duster is ready for me to install the steel hood and front bench seat. should I try to find a lighter glass hood and buckets? This is NOT a race car and I like the pieces I have, but if I can save 100 pounds????????

It's like saving change up to make a dollor. Every little bit counts towards the goal. Weigh the before and after parts. Bumpers could be next. The big steel bumpers behind the chrome save ALOT of weight. Look for light weight brackets as well. Heavy suckers they are.
