Glove Box Lock Removal Help???

Hey guys, we are trying to remove the locking mechanism on the glove box door of my Dart. The assembly is the type without the key. We cannot figure out how to get it removed inorder to paint the door along with the dash. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Rob.

Teen, I seem to remember a small hole where you push the end of a paperclip through to release it. Let me know if this works or if I am thinking of another part where this method is used.

This is what I was looking for, I am removing the wood trim from my Dart and intent to smooth the dash solid and paint it for a cleaner look. I knew I would find this thread if I looked long enough. FABO is great and our members are just awsome. Thanks for much needed help.
