I have used the gorilla snot I mean the yellow stuff without any problems on weatherstripping. lol

3m yellow or black stuff .Ok thanks.:notworth:

Recently installed the trunk weatherstrip on my Demon. I used the black 3M also and clothes pins....LOL........It worked great.

clothes pins?what are them things? Kewl LoL i use the black wheatherstrip adhesive and masking tape to keep the stuff from the rest of the car and to hold it in place while drying

The yellow 3M adhesive worked great for me. If you can get the black that would be even better. Just beware it's very easy to cut the weatherstrip too short. I guess because it stretches.

Clothes pins seem like a great idea as well as masking tape. I thinki ive got a roll of that blue painters tape around . I was wondering how to keep everything in place so it wouldnt slip out or move. Thanks for all the tips . Ill be careful not to cut the length until im positive . Im pretty sure I can get the 3m black adhesive.

I want to get this task complete because right now the car sounds like a base drum when the trunk lid bounces down.ill let you all know how it turns out.Once again,I appreciate the help.
