According to my sister who is an Oil Engineer,there are no worries about running out of crude for *many* years due to the oil deposits in the states...our crude prices are artificial just like RAM prices were in the later 80's

Our gov't takes a massive bite due to the excessive taxes on a gal of gas..which now goes into "general revenue". They do not want to see prices drop.
