I need to generate some $$ to get my car painted, so... I'm going to let go of this cool old STR15 intake setup. This manifold has not been mounted up for at least 41 years. Prior to that, I can't say with certainty, but I don't think it was ever really used. Maybe for a mock up? Definatly has not seen much run time.

I washed it up due to years of dust from sitting, but it has NOT been sand blasted. All the threaded holes look to be in xlnt shape, but I will check them out.

So my question is, what's it worth? I don't want to give it away, so to speak. And even though I would like to see somebody on here get this little goody, I need to come up with as much dough as possible so I can get my car painted.

How much can I get for it?

I also have two Holley carbs that were on it ... Should I sell as a package, or separate?

Pictures would help.
A complete set up is worth more though a little harder to sell as a package.
How clean it is also a issue. If it is dirty, one may be inclined not not to purchase it at full asking price or at all due to fear of hidden issues that could simpley add cost.

A freshly glass beeded unit is eye popping candy that makes someone want it more dispite a higher price. Same goes for the carbs.

I have seen prices range from $1500 - $2500 and more depending on a few factors like above and completeness of the set up.

Ask superdart426. He buys and sells that kinda stuff a lot. He can give you a good idea. He might even be interested.

Which top do you have on it?: single carb, dual inline, or dual crossram?

The STR 15 the Big Block low deck 383/400 cross ram edelbrock intake.

I don't think it will be worth as much as the small block version. But the STR 15 would be the only way to get a cross ram on a low deck.

I think this is a FABO member and asking $1500 for a cross ram: http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=726044

Here's another asking $1500: http://www.forbbodiesonly.com/moparforum/showthread.php?26771-Edelbrock-STR-15-Crossram-intake

Same guy (same intake?) but with a dual inline setup asking $1000
