Good 4.5" b/c convertion site

I did searches on here and on the web. There are a few tech articles here and there, but I bet that someone knows of a really good site for converting from 4" to 4.5" bolt circles all the way around.

I don't any specific sites other than the one 69signetv8, came up with, but here is a pic of a wilwood disc brake kit that converts to the 4.5 bolt pattern made for A body Mopars with 10 inch drum spindles. The pic compares a 9 inch drum to the 11 inch wilwood rotor. For the rear you can put a 8 1/4 rear from a later model A body with the 4.5 BC. For cheap front disc's pull them from any later A body with 4.5 BC Disc's. My pick and pull let me take every thing I needed for my buddy's 68 valiant for $80.00, and they came off 74 Duster.

Any opinions on a good 8 3/4 or dana 60 to swap in, with regards to axle width? I have a 68 barracuda.
