ImHey guys. I'm in need of a good machine shop in the Massachusetts area. I'm looking to build a striker 340. Going to need block and head work. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks Brian! I've heard great things about your company. I'm looking to build a 408 stroker motor. If I sent the my block to your facility, how much would it cost to have a short block built? Ball park figure would be fine. Just trying to get a feel for how much money I need to save. Thanks

It depends on what parts we use...email me with exactly what you want to do and I'll price it. Much better just to let us supply the block...cheaper!

Not trying to undershoot anyone here but PK machine in Fitchburg is one of the best around MA.

try malden machine i had work done and other people i know all very happy with work

Thanks for the info! I will check with both shops!!! I'd like to stay local and then have Brian at Imm engines build me a more potent engine later!!!

Brian thanks for the response! I'm looking to build a small block capable of 11's in the quarter mile but can be driven to car shows. The 416 build you just sold looked great and was making 500hp. What would you suggest? This is my 1st small block so trying to do it right the 1st time!! Thanks Brian

Paul (PK) builds a decent engine but make sure of the parts choices. I use Larry's in Groton, CT for all my machining.
