Good News for BC Boys with Modified Cars

Is that really you Jimmy or did the Avatar go with the car ? I had a long talk with ICBC 's collector car department about this and it isn't as straight forward as they make it seem. Your car requires major modifications to the drivetrain , suspension or chassis/body to qualify.I want to switch to efi and even with all the tankmods and electric pump conversion it isn't enough of a mod to qualify , so if I do it I lose my collector status and have to surrender my plate in exchange for regular insurance and plates .
