First good thing is the other day my wife upgraded me from a miserable prick to a cranky bastard. Thanks Hon.
The other good thing is I signed out a Pittman arm puller from work and finally got the tie rod end apart so I could remove the header from the Dart, that is a real good thing cuz it was making me angry.
The not so good thing is I was removing the Cragar SS wheels from the Dart and I was certain the previous owner told me it had been swapped over from left hand threads to right hand (guess where this is going) bought the car 4+ years ago. I was very careful on the front tire to make sure I was turning the right way and after a little persuasion they came off. I thought to myself, this is good the studs have been swapped like he said.Sooooo I threw caution to the wind on the rear, they were a little tight but these things have not been off in many years. I then proceeded to put a cheater bar on the lug nut and promptly snapped that bugger off. Wrong way Goldfarb. Not that big a deal except I can remember giving the body guy crap after snapping not one but two studs on my Barracuda (yes I told him they were left hand) and then I go and do it to myself, dumb arse.
I am going to clean up the rims as there is some surface rust, I suspect they will turn out to be driver quality. I have mixed feelings about the Cragars so I think once I see how good they clean up I may offer them for trade for some other wheel, maybe cop wheels or whatever is out there. they are SBP, 14". I have slots on the Cuda and it would be nice to have the option to swap wheels between the two cars once the Dart is on the road. If anyone has any wheels I might be interested in let me know.

My Charger hand the same threads on the right front. Don't know why it was only there but I eventually changed them out.

Crap happens!

J.R. are Cragars known to rust easily?, I have never had them before.

I'm pretty sure that they come from the factory with rust under the chrome. They should throw some steel wool and a can of clear coat in the box with them.

Sounds like a day to remember Sparky :-D Had a few myself :-D
I seen a new set of new Cragars a friend had and the next year a bubble came up on one I swear it looked like rotten cast under the chrome.
