crappy video from my kids phone though..

and apparently I need to take more pictures of the car, these are the only ones I have of it, this is when I bought it and brought it to my work...still dirty from sitting in the previous owners garage for 2 years.

I'm down, but I need to fix my starter...had to smack it a few times to get it to crank.

I saw ab7fh there with his Dart, but didn't get to go meet him.
I never get around to checking out the rest of the pits, I am either anxiously waiting for my car to cool down or helping my brother with his Nova.

You make any changes from the other passes you posted before or just bump up launch RPM.

Thats great what's your cars setup, motor, gears ect.
360 stock bore/stroke (zero deck height)
Ross pistons (13:1 advertised I was told by previous owner)
H-beam rods
internally balanced 360 crank
Mopar Purple shaft .590" lift (dont know the duration, was in it when I bought it)
Mopar roller rockers
Brodix heads
Mopar Air-gap
Holley 4150HP 950cfm (un-tuned atm, its a little fat)
Full MSD Ignition
Barry Grant fuel system
904 (internals unknown, I didnt open it up) with I think a Cheetah valve body
unknown 8" converter....it flashes to about 5300 rpm
9" with I believe 4.88's
31x13-15 Goodyears
26x4.5-15 M/T ET Front
2780lbs with me in it.

Hey thats awesome great job:thumblef: now you can look forward to the 9. Mopar65:thumblef:

Congratulations on making it into the 10s. I know how you feel. We would have a good race if we lined up beside each other. :)

Welcome to the 10 sec club. Nice combo you got there. How about a pic of your car.

that would be cool up against a 67 Cuda, I have a 67 Cuda as well but she's not together at the moment...some day I'll get back to work on that one.

thanks for all the comments, I'll post up some pics when/if the wife gets off the iMac!
my kid got a video with his phone, I'll see if it looks good enough to post up.

Congratulations! Weather sure was nice Saturday night.

Same here except for helping your brother with his Nova ;)

I was playing with timing and shift points. I definitely know what it doesn't like now. More timing didn't help at all. No knocking, just slowed it down.

I tried a taller set of slicks over the weekend. Didn't do a thing for me either way. Car ran the same ET and MPH with slicks that measure 30.2" as they did with tires that measured 28.5". The RPMs at the top end dropped nearly 500, yet no difference:dontknow:
