Our govn'ment spends many millions of $$ on the wild horse program every year. Been going on for decades. Protected wild horses. Not all run in the wilds of the Dakotas or Wy and Nv. Many are rounded up and sent to ranches in Ok etc where the Govn'ment pays ranchers several hundred $ a month for them to be feed. It all gets real expensive. Used to be ya gave them $25 and they gave you a wild horse. Up to you to do what ever with it. Feed it, or train it, use as a pasture ornament.
Now they pay you $1000 to take that wild horse. Cost of the wild horse program keeps getting more expensive. Seems the govn'ment is getting pretty smart. They have found some shrewd Ar. guys getting the horse, the $1000 and then taking it to Tx to the sale where "killer" buyers buy them and take them to Mex for processing. Europeans like horse meat. Lean and tasty. Low in chloresterol. A little expense but some more $ to the Ar. guys. Guess the govn'ment is rethining this program. NOT the wild horse program, just the $1000 program.

Sounds right - Not only does Chuck screw numerous people out of money, he doesn’t have a basic understanding of math. His profit was $2245.
 
I heard this joke a VERY long time ago. I had forgotten all about it. At least as funny now as it was then!!!

lol, no I haven`t , but have a load of miles on horseback before going into the service ,''many yrs. ago ."
