ok mopar nuts the header on the drivers side is hittin the steering column junction box they are ceramic so i cant hit with hammer it hits where the piece that has drift pin to hold column to gear box thanks

You might be able to shim the drivers side motor mount to raise the engine slightly if going UP willl help.

Which brand header do you have?

I had the same problem with my CPPA headers when I test fit them, I was able to heat and put a liitle flat spot in that tube before I had them Jet coated though.

I for got to mention you might be able to loosen both motor mount nuts where they go thru the K-member and shift it to the pass. side or rotate the engine a little to create a little clearance.

There are two sizes of insulators (rubber biscuits) that are available. My headers was hitting in the same exact spot so I changed out the insulators to the thicker ones ... problem solved.
