Header Suggestions..........?????

Hey Guys,

I am trying to pick a set of headers and was wondering if anyone is running a similar combo? The car is a 1971 Demon with a 95 360 Magnum block, manual steering, power brakes, with a 727. Anyone running a similar combo? I would like some that are HTC, and have been leaning towards the Hedman model #78056.

I checked that number out and they seem ok. if they do not fit you might have to do like me go to shortie headers

Are you running a magnum block? What is your set-up?

The best fitting are TTI's
then DOugs
Race headers are a tad better than the standard 1 size fits all, but may not allways pan out the way you think.
Then the rest.
The one size fits all style of crap we have been shovel forced feed for 40 years.

Dougs and TTI is the standard reply here , I went with hedman tight tube , dropped right in , 15 minute install, but hooking up exhaust for good flow took time . If you look at the charts I might lose 5 hp at peak , about the same torque wise . That was on a 300 hp crate , so not sure how much I lose with 412 hp but it does not feel any weaker than the hooker headers they replaced , maybe a touch stronger in top end .
