Are any of you guys running Headman fenderwell headers in a BB 68 barracuda factory k if so what tires are you running with them my car will be running on skinnys in the front. I can remember my buddy wiggleing his a Dart back and forth trying to turn it but he had tall front tires

Probably the tallest tire you will be able to run is 26", I put 24" on mine and at some tracks they still rubbed the headers slightly in a hard turn.
It isn't so much the height of the tire as it is the width of the tire/wheel and offset.
That being said, you won't get any tire that won't rub, you just need to find the correct combination that rubs the least.
