I found a pair of heads that are marked with a "u" i was wondering what kind of valves they have or if anyone has any info on these heads it would be great.... they are on a 340.... thanks
 
30+ year old heads it would be anyones guess, factory Tulip valve with triple lock
 
The "U" head was a early 70s like 70-71 head it was out when the J head was out infact the set of T/A heads that I had one was a J and the other was a U. But for most cases the U head had a 1.88/1.60 valve unless it was a special package like the AAR and T/A setups.
