heat riser??

ok im not shure if my heat riser valve is open or closed as the spring is gone... wich way is open and closed??

Try this, it might work. With the engine running carefully, don't burn yourself, turn the shaft to the left and to the right. The engines exhaust should be trying to "open" the valve and you should be able to feel that the flapper wants to open one way or the other. If the shaft doesn't want to turn spray it down with WD-40 but the engine has to be cold otherwise the WD will catch fire and that would be a bad thing.

ok my main issue is room between my frame and manifold...right now i think its full right and its stuck there....

maybe try pulling the ex pipe off the manifold and looking up the manifold.
 
yep. its just a round metal plate that is attached to the rod coming out of the manifold. if you can see up the pipe far enough you cant miss it
