Heater Core replacement

OK below are the details of what I was able to search on. All 65-69 Darts use same core, even the AC model is about the same and interchanges with the non AC models. But I have not seen a listing for a 273 in a 64 Dart.

Are they the same units as a 65-69 cars? I think they are but not sure 100% :read2:

find some one with aq 64 A body look and see if the fire wall is shaped the same,,i seen a topic that the 63 fire wall is different,,,

I have a '64 Barracuda & my Mom used to have a '65. As I remember, there was absolutely no difference under the hoods of the two except that the '65 had a larger opening in the core support for the radiator. Everything else was the same (except hers had a /6 & mine had a V8).

Ok I can tell you that the:

Cores from 65-69 with or without AC will work fine in the 64 Dart.

And I think you are correct the firewall in 63 is not the same so i do not think they work for the 63's.

Finished mine today. Went with the FOUR SEASONS Part # 94503 with AC
it seems like it is built alittle bit better.
