Heater delete dart

I just looked at an ad on Craig's list / Tulsa, Ok. posting ID2989946235.
1969 340 Dart, 8 thousand original miles, heater delete. 23K.
I had never seen one before, it looks like factory block-off plates for the blower motor & heater hoses.
Looks like OEM pipe plugs in the intake & water pump.
Anybody ever see this?

it could have been a car built for export to a warm country......i have been to some countries where hardly any of the cars have heaters bcoz they are never needed.......maybe it went somewhere warm and made its way back??? or was made to go and never left for some odd reason??? interesting either way.

i saw a 71 Demon like that......had been sold new in Purto Rico, and somehow ended up in Arizona.

There's a 69 GTS 383 heater delete car for sale here, apparently New it was shipped to Hawaii

Yeah, you could pretty much order um like you wanted to back then. My 63 Dart is a radio delete car with the plate still 100% intact.
