hello everyone, i recently bought a 1975 Plymouth scamp as my new project car and am looking to get some tips and some questions answered when y'all have time. any help is greatly appreciated. thank you.

Welcome from Kansas. I lived in Sacramento (Mather AFB) for 5 years while in the Air Force. Once for a year in 1974 as a Nav Student and then 1977-1981 as a Nav Instructor. We LOVED Sacramento. 90 minutes to Tahoe and 90 minutes to San Francisco. In 1978 We bought a house on Station Street a few miles SW of Mather. We loved the area. I hope it hasn't changed too much. Is the Sunrise Mall still open? We liked that place.

similar reason my dad likes Sacramento, as he would say "it looks good in the rear view mirror" close to the beach, the mountains, and the air port. Sunrise mall is still "open but not like it was when i was a kid growing up unfortunately.
