I'm looking for a right front fender in good condition for a 1971 Plymouth Scamp.

If no one can help you out with that fender you might want to try this place. They are a nice bunch to deal with, but sometimes they can be a litle high on prices.

This man speaks the truth. I got a wackload of parts from Wildcat over a year ago when I was restoring my '75 Scamp. Rear end, both front fenders, chrome trim pieces, radio, radio bezel, etc. It was 'one stop shopping' and although I bought a lot, which meant we negotiated on all the prices, it was still not dirt cheap. Great folks to deal with as they know their stuff and most likely have what your looking for.
