HELP! fresh air vents!

Okay i am taking out the fresh air vents and my Complete AC, The fresh air vents in the passenger side is completelyout of the duct but is still hanging on, Is there a bolt somewhere besides the two connected to the vents that i don't know about? and the drivers side fresh air vent how the heck do you get to all those bolts its rediculous you'd think dodge did't want you to take it off :-D.

If you could help it would be greatly appreciated.

where are the driver side vents exactly located???

There the things with the little doors by the kick panels there a BEACH to take off the passenger side is a big one and is the one im having trouble with, My dad said he would look at it but i would like to do it on my own he has tooken out his AC and fresh air vents also.
