help, hood hinges

moving along with reassembly after a two year restoration. I did not take the hood or hinges off, what holds the hinges to the door pillar? a claw cap? I'm about to drill, washer and cotter pin them on.

Just a washer with teeth on it. Sorry I don't know the correct name for them. Always just called them crush washers. You can get them at a hardware store.
