Help identify radiator

I have a Modine radiator, tag on it says 176 0527 or 17G 0527. I can't find any cross reference. It is 22" wide, 2 core, with both passenger side inlets and outlets.
And/or do you know of a passenger side upper hose for a small Block?

Fortunately, radiator numbers are widely shared across brands. Modine's new owners went in and changed all their numbers, but your rad № 527 is still sold under that number by the Spectra Premium people; specs here. That's a Slant-6 rad; the same-side inlet and outlet hint at it and the specs confirm it.
