Help identify this bolt

Wonder if I can get some help on this. I found these in my new parts storage. I have no idea what this is for. There is 4 of them in a bag with a number ACCLCSNB on it. I have web searched everywhere but can not find. Any one?

Maybe something like this. I pulled a 5.9 magnum engine not too long ago and those clips instead of helping hold the bolt wouldn't let me get a wrench on the bolt head.​

Thank you! I believe they are what schumaker sent me for fastening my head pipes to my new Tri-Y's. The count is right and the head pipes were in the same box of misc. stuff.
