Help with a decode,NOT a-body

Went to look at a truck today that I may guy for the engine.Problem is guy is not sure what engine is in it,original owner passed and he got the truck after it sat awhile.The vin decoder I found showed it to be a 79 w/ a 318 motor,But the id plate says its an 82,don't really care the year so much but need to know motor for sure as it is original motor figured the vin would tell me.Here it is W14BE8S204241 se what you guys get,Thanks.Todd
