help with casting numbers please

i decided to finally check the numbers on my 70 dusters motor wat i came out iwth was
block-"25360303186" now im guessing it means it is a 76 318 does any one have any info on this motor and suggestion with what to do with it to get max hp out of it
heads- i took off the valve covers and one cast said "360" then near that was an "L" and a casting number ofn "3769971"
i could really use the help because i am trying to decide which direction to go with this or another motor thanks in advance
 
yes it is a 76 318. heads? can't find that casting number. what is on it now 2 or 4 barrel carb? i'm betting the head is really this one:
3769974 360 1975-76 1.88 1.60 if this is correct all is not lost. this motor can get woken up from it's sleep. don't know what you are looking for but there are several threads on here with 318 builds. 300-400 hp for street. there is a 318 on here that just ran 11.55 in the 1/4.
 
your call if you want to stick with that motor or not , but like i said for the power to weight ratio you can make that motor sing with alittle proding.....
 
pulled a 318 out of a 83 new yorker thought it was origanal motor come to find out the motor i pulled out of it is a 318 but was in a truck motor cant figure out how to put the water pump and all the front on of the smoall block need to find out wat it came out of block number is 4104230-318-2
