i swapped my 318 for 360 and somewhere either my hot wire that goes to my coil disapeared, i have a pertronix ignitor 2 with flame thrower coil and ballast resistor got my distributer hooked up to coil but still missing a hot wire to supply coil, so right now i only have 2 wires, can i use the hot wire that is plugged in the ballast resistor to supply power to coil, there is no other wires coming out of ballast resistor just the 2 plugged into it? thanks

You can but it doesn't have any power while you are cranking the motor. You need the brown wire that was for the bypass during cranking in order to have power in both the start and run positions. Give me a few mins and I'll post a diagram of the typical pin out of a Mopar bulk head connector.

Here you go. Check it out. This isn't for the same car but you can get a good Idea on what I am talking about.
