I just recieved my first project (1974 dart custom). Planning on replacing all the seals in the engine for now till I get everything working right. What typical faults do these darts have, ie. brakes, suspension, and those typical odds and ends. I know the suspension is going out and the brakes are too, but what else could be fixed to make this car drive better.

First off. WELCOME!!!!!! This is the best site on the web. Secondly, I personally dont think these cars have any faults. Especially being yours more than likely already has large bolt pattern and front disk brakes. Unless your engine is leaking all over the place I wouldn't just replace the seals. Be more specific. Tell us a little about your car. Post some pictures. It sounds like you dont know much about your car. PM some people who have the same car as you. Go to member restoration picture galleries and find these people and just ask some more specific questions. Everyone on this site is just GREAT. You'll find that everyone is extremely helpful.
