My motor seams to be running rich. I really have only been running it in the garage, and only for a few minutes at a time ( never really got up to temp ) but I would think the computer would lean it out. Is there a learning process the computer needs to do? I'm sure it will probably be fine once it get's driven.

I would guess it's probably still on a warmup enrichment table and that the O2 sensors and coolant aren't up to temp yet so it's not running closed loop. Then again I'm not really sure how Mopar programs the stock computers. I've had some experience with an AEM computer and I know there are several different warmup enrichment factors that it takes into account, so you might just try to run it a little longer and see if it seems to change any.
