Holley 600 off a 1976 ford Truck. 304 = October and "6" is a year ending in 6. Since it looks too good for a 66, and weathered just right for a 76, that's probably it. Specially since it seems to have some mangled up ainti dieselin valve bracket on it. That wouldn't be happenin in 1966 and the carb ain't smogged up enough to be a 1986. 9834 does decode it to a 600 and it clearly has Ford kickdown linkage on it. Probably off a 1976 F250 with a 360 or 390.

Missing some parts...and the ubiquitous screw in the sec. linkage to make it open.

Yes, it's a Ford carb...aftermarket replacement for a 460.
