Here’s some reference photos.
I got the same dipstick as the photo on top
And i got the same manifold as the photo on the bottom
I got the same dipstick as the photo on top
And i got the same manifold as the photo on the bottom
Time for some creative bending.
If you can find a piece of steel cable that fits inside the tube just about the ID you can slide it in a bend the tube.
This keep the tube from crimping.

You can run the truck dip stick with those manifolds, that dipstick is for the discontinued headers they offered.
