Are you trying to do the IFR or the Air Bleeds?
If it's the IFR in your metering blocks, get some wire and have at it. You need to know what you are starting with. Find the area of the hole, find a wire that occupies the hole to make the total area of the smaller desired hole. I did a spreadsheet that has a bunch of this.
Remember, a .035 hole with a .010 wire stuffed in it DOES NOT make the orfice size .025.

IFR, Rob. Standard metering block,72/10.5 pv.21 inches at idle.16 initial /34 total @ 3000.milled and streamlined primaries.
They are pretty easy to convert to a threaded set up.
