I hear you. Besides working on my house, in the fall, I did several upgrades to my sons house, to help it sell. I guess it worked. He listed it about noon on a Saturday, the realtor showed it at 5 pm, and had a contract on it before they went to bed. Since then, I have been helping a friend work on his lake house. Hoping to get some fishing time in for that.

Totally hear you.........lots of time money and then,,,,,,life goes for a crap and your selling it:violent1:Hopeing not to do it all overagain...yah, roof complete, windows, soffit fascia, front porch and rear deck all in one year....I wounder why I have a bad back..lol

I'm there right now with the foreclosure we bought. Not quite finished, and along with the wife's medical issues that developed, we've become house poor. :banghead:. We have equity, but can't access it at this point due to lack of income.
