Any of you guys with these headers run into clearance issues on the pass side between the headers and the idler arm and/or center link? I have very slight contact here when wheels are turned and the lower idler arm socket sweeps past one of the tubes. I tried shimming up the pass side motor amount but that didn't help enough. I could ding the header in that place but don't want to. Not sure what I'm missing. I have all new PST suspension components. I took a caliper to the old idler arm and compared it to the new. They are identical in size in the area that makes contact with the header tube.

i've seen people bend the idle arm a tad to clear headers.

Thanks Mike. I see this is kinda common on other As with different header brands. Any other 5208 owners run into this?

I don't have hookers but my headmans hit the same, I removed all hitting parts and took them to my grinder, nice even gringing of rough casting edges, and a bit more, made all parts clear.
