hi guys

well all most ready to give up on these headers. this is what i have 69 dart 340 with 360 heads and its a 6 k member with the conversion mounts for a 340. just to much hammering i knew i was going to be doing this but OMG THIS IS BAD. steering column not bad but where the idler arm rotates 3 tubes rub really bad. don't recommend these to any body. OK if i decide to cut these up and trash them. what are a get set of intake manifolds? my dart is a weekender with a mild build.

i have ran into that problem with those headers

is your trans mount in good condition or new?

may have to add a 1/4"shim to raise the trans

just finished raising ours (70 dart spool mounts)
also if you have stud mounts (engine mount)
might put a shim under the passenger side, or try to rotate the engine toward the drivers side for for clearance
